How to play
Train and feed. Every race is preceded by one training drill, a timing
mini game that builds a single ability, and one feed your horse may love or refuse. Break from the gate. Stop the marker on the line for a flying start. Ride the race. Hold WHIP to drive above cruising pace and drain the
stamina tank. Tap REIN to settle and recover. Corners bleed pace, and an empty tank means your horse fades in
the straight, so the whole game is spending the tank at the right moment. Build a bloodline. Retire a horse and cross it. Foals inherit the
better of each parent ability, so a line gets stronger across generations.
Still being built
Furlong is in alpha. The loop is playable end to end, but the field size, the race distances and the training
model are being reworked against the arcade racing sims that defined the genre. Your stable saves to this
browser, so clearing site data clears your horses.
